LUXE BOUDOIR PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT
This Photography Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Miguel Chalmers doing business as Luxe Boudoir ("Photographer"), and the undersigned client.

3. Payment & Retainer
A non-refundable retainer/booking fee is due upon the signing of this Agreement to secure the Client's chosen date and time. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or on the day of the scheduled photography session. All payments made are non-refundable as standard industry practice.
4. Image Delivery and Turnaround
The Photographer takes pride in efficient, high-quality production. Fully edited and curated digital proof images from the session will be ready and delivered to the Client within three (3) days of the session date via a private, secure online gallery.
5. Privacy and Model Release
Due to the highly intimate and private nature of boudoir photography, the Photographer deeply respects Client privacy. No images from this session will be published online, on social media, or used for marketing purposes by Luxe Boudoir without explicit, separate written authorization and consent from the Client.
6. Rescheduling and Cancellations
If the Client needs to reschedule, notice must be provided at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the session time. A rescheduling fee may apply based on availability. Cancellations made by the Client will result in forfeiture of the retainer fee.
7. Signatures & Execution
By signing or accepting this agreement via payment of the retainer, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined above.
