LUXE BOUDOIR PHOTOGRAPHY — MODEL RELEASE FORM

This Model Release Agreement ("Release") is made by and between Miguel Chalmers doing business as Luxe Boudoir ("Photographer") and the undersigned individual ("Model" or "Client") regarding the photography session.

1. Purpose & Core Authorization

For valuable consideration received, including the professional photography services rendered, the Model hereby grants the Photographer the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to copyright, use, reuse, publish, and republish photographic images of the Model taken during the session, subject to the explicit privacy preferences selected in Section 2 below.

2. Client Privacy & Usage Preferences

Please check ONE box below to indicate your explicit permission level for the images from your session:

 [ ] LEVEL 1: FULL PORTFOLIO RELEASE

 I grant permission to Luxe Boudoir to use any selected images from my session for promotional purposes, including the business website (https://www.luxeboudoir.net), social media portfolios, and marketing materials.

 [ ] LEVEL 2: ANONYMOUS / CROPPED RELEASE

 I grant permission to Luxe Boudoir to use images from my session for promotional purposes ONLY if the images are anonymous (e.g., cropped to silhouettes, focusing on details, or framed in a way that my face and identifying features are completely unrecognizable).

 [ ] LEVEL 3: COMPLETELY PRIVATE (NO RELEASE)

 I do NOT grant permission for any of my images to be used publicly. All images from my session will remain completely private, viewable only by me via my password-secured online gallery.  

3. Ownership and Rights

The Model acknowledges and agrees that the Photographer is the sole owner of all copyrights and original digital files of the images captured. The Model waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product, any text or copy that may be used in conjunction with the images, or the eventual use to which they may be applied.

4. Compensation and Claims

The Model waives any right to royalties or other financial compensation arising from or related to any use of the photographs. The Model hereby releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless the Photographer from any and all liability or claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity arising out of the utilization of the photographs as authorized above.

5. Signatures and Acknowledgment

By signing below, the Model certifies that they are at least 18 years of age, have read and fully understand the terms of this Release, and freely agree to its contents.
